Children are encouraged to be very physically active by jumping, climbing and playing with other children. This type of play is great exercise and they love it. We have seating for parents, which gives them a chance to watch their children and enjoy a little time for themselves.

Landa Park // Website // Map Landa Park offers picnic facilities under the shade of giant, ancient oak trees. Walk or jog on the parks special trails, or ride a miniature train that chugs around the 51 acre park. An excursion on a paddle boat is one of the best ways to see the Comal Springs and Landa Lake. Why not take in a round of miniature golf, relax at the playground or enjoy the flora and fauna on the Panther Canyon Nature Trail?
Landa Park Golf Course // Website // Map The Landa Park Golf Course is located in the historic 196 acre Landa Park. The original nine hole course was opened by the City of New Braunfels in 1938 and the 61 acre layout is credited to a group of citizens that oversaw the course construction. In 1972 the course was redesigned to eighteen holes and expanded by beautiful 52 acres. The clubhouse and pro shop were recently renovated to include expanded services and facilities. Golfers can enjoy a clubhouse which boasts a 19th hole grill, meeting rooms and a big screen TV.

Our main crop is strawberries. We will have strawberries ready to pick at the end of November. We also have other seasonal vegetables available year round, such as tomatoes, bell peppers, zucchini, yellow squash, acorn squash, butternut squash, green beans, cucumbers, eggplant, lettuce, arugula, and spinach. You are welcome to call before you come out to check on availability of produce.

Panther Canyon Nature Trail // Website // Map Spend a wonderful time studying all the trail markers along the 51 acre Panther Canyon Natural Trail in Landa Park. This protected wilderness is an excellent example of one of the faults in the Edwards Limestone. The gently slopping pedestrian trail leads visitors approximately eight-tenths of a mile through the Balcones Escarpment. Hikers should allow at least 1.5 hours for the 1.6 mile round trip hike. A trail marker guide is available at the Parks Department Office in Landa Park.
